Benjamin Franklin was born on Jan. 17, 1706.He was born in a large family.Ben was the 15 child of 17 children in his family. He was one of the Founding Fathers of the United states.Franklin was a leading author,printer, and many other stuff and he was a great leader in everything that he did.Ben didn’t go to school,he worked with his dad and just taught himself.He worked 12 hours a day at a printing shop.When he got older,he worked to stop slavery in America. People say when he died in 1790,20,000 people went to hie funeral in Philadelphia.
